优化护理流程在股骨骨折围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨优化护理流程在股骨骨折围手术期中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月-2017年10月于笔者所在医院就诊并确诊为股骨骨折患者138例,根据护理方法不同分为两组,观察组69例患者采用优化护理流程,对照组69例患者采用常规围手术期护理,比较两组患者术后VAS评分、护理满意度、并发症发生情况及术后住院时间。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率为7.25%,明显低于对照组的28.99%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后VAS评分明显低于对照组,术后住院时间明显短于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期优化护理流程能够有效降低股骨骨折术后的不良反应发生率,减少患者的住院时间,降低患者的应激状态,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of the optimize nursing process in perioperative period of femoral fractures.Method:A retrospective analysis of 138 patients diagnosed as femoral fractures in the author’s hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.69 patients in the observation group were treated with optimized nursing procedures and 69 patients in the control group were treated with routine care.During the operation period,VAS scores,nursing satisfaction,complications,and postoperative hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 7.25%,which was significantly lower than 28.99%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the postoperative hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimize nursing process in perioperative period of femoral fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce hospitalization time and reduce the patient's stress status,which is worthy of clinical application.
