早期护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症术后神经根粘连的预防作用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症手术患者采取早期护理干预对术后神经根粘连的预防作用。方法:按照随机抽样的方式选择笔者所在医院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,纳入对象临床资料完整,入组时间2015年10月-2016年10月。按照随机数表法分为两组,每组30例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受早期护理干预。采取统计学分析两组患者康复效果,以及术前、术后2周、术后半年时JOA评分。结果:研究组康复效果优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前JOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组术后2周及术后半年JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症手术患者实施早期护理干预可提高康复效果,同时对预防术后神经根粘连有着积极的作用,值得借鉴。Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of early nursing intervention on postoperative nerve root adhesions in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the subjects according to the random sampling method.The clinical data were included in the study group from October 2015 to October 2016.According to the random number table method is divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases,the control group received routine care,the study group to accept early care intervention.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups of patients,as well as preoperative,postoperative 2 weeks,half a year after the JOA score were compared.Result:The optimal rate of recovery of the group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the score of JOA was significantly higher in the 2 weeks after surgery and half a year after surgery than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and it has a positive effect on the prevention of postoperative nerve root adhesions.
