糖铁缺失转铁蛋白检测对慢性酒精性中毒性肝病诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的检测糖铁缺失转铁蛋白(CDT)在慢性酒精中毒性肝病(ALD)患者血浆中的水平。方法方便选取该院选2015年10月—2017年10月无肝病史、无饮酒史的健康体检者30名作为正常对照组,收集该院的患者30例作为NALD组:依选取同期收治的30例ALD男性患者选入作为ALD组,分别检测3组各项指标。结果酒精性肝病组%CDT(4.3±1.489)%、GGT(98.1±33.960)U/L、MCV(89.12±9.98)fl、ALT(36.01±2.181)U/L、AST(27.99±6.8)U/L,与正常对照组和非酒精性肝病组的CDT、GGT、ALT、AST对比,差异均有统计学意义;MCV的差异无统计学意义。结论将糖铁缺失转铁蛋白指标应用在诊断酒精性肝病中效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To detect the level of Carbohydrate Deficient Transferrin(CDT)in plasma of patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease(ALD).Methods Thirty persons with no history of liver disease and alcohol drinking who were admitted to our hospital fromOctober 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected as the normal control group and 30 patients in our hospital were selected as NALD group:30 ALD male patients were selected as ALD group,and separately detect all the indexes in each group.Results The percentages of CDT(4.3±1.489)%,GGT(98.1±33.960)U/L,MCV(89.12±9.98)fl,ALT(36.01±2.181)U/L and AST(27.99±6.8)U/L in alcoholic liver disease group were significantly higher than those in normal control group and nonalcoholic liver disease group.The differences were statistically significant;MCV differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion The application of Carbohydrate Deficient Transferrin index has significant effect in diagnosing alcoholic liver disease,which is worth learning.
