经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗泌尿系结石疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对经输尿管镜钬激光碎石与气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石疗效进行对比。方法对该院2016年4月—2017年4月间收治的泌尿系结石患者94例进行回顾性分析,根据手术方式分为研究组(n=47)及对照组(n=47)。对照组采取气压弹道碎石术治疗,研究组经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、碎石成功率以及并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间均要短于对照组(t=7.897,t=3.559,P<0.05);研究组碎石成功率为97.87%,对照组为93.62%,两组患者碎石成功率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.044,P>0.05);研究组并发症发生率为8.52%,对照组为10.64%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.123,P>0.05)。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术均为治疗必尿系结石的有效方法 ,安全可靠,但钬激光碎石术适用性更优。Objective This paper tries to compare the treatment of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and ballistic lithotripsy on urinary calculi.Methods 94 cases of urinary calculi admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into study group(n=47)and control group(n=47)according to operation mode.The control group was treated with ballistic lithotripsy,and the study group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The operation time,the time of hospitalization,the success rate of lithotripsy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The study group operation time and hospitalization time was shorter than the control group(t=7.897,t=3.559,P<0.05).The success rate of gravel was 97.87%in the study group and 93.62%in the control group.The two groups were no significant difference between the success rate of lithotripsy(χ2=1.044,P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 8.52%,and the control group was 10.64%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=0.123,P>0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy are effective methods for the treatment of urinary calculi,which is safe and reliable,but holmium laser lithotripsy has better applicability.
