依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效、氧自由基清除效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析依达拉奉联合溶栓对急性脑梗死患者疗效、氧自由基清除效果的影响。方法方便选取该院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的106例急性脑梗死患者,随机分两组:对照组(依达拉奉)、治疗组(依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗),观察并记录神经功能评分、氧自由基水平及疗效。结果治疗后治疗组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数、ESS评分、ADL评分分别为:(12.28±1.31)分、(66.79±6.67)分、(71.05±9.82)分、(56.42±8.81)分,显著优于对照组(t=4.153,6.347,6.180,7.423,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的NO、PLO、OH水平降低明显,差异有统计学意义(t=5.287,7.241,9.289,P<0.05)。且治疗组总有效率为92.45%,显著高于对照组81.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.632,P<0.05)。结论针对急性脑梗死患者,依达拉奉与溶栓治疗配合应用,可显著改善神经功能及日常生活自理能力,有益于患者快速康复。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of edaravone combined with thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction and the effect of oxygen free radical scavenging effect. Methods In this hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 of 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group (Edaravone), treatment group (edaravone combined with thrombolytic therapy), observe and record the nerve function score the level of oxygen free radical, and the curative effect. Results After treatment, NIHSS score, Barthel index, ESS score, ADL score was (12.28±1.31)points,(66.79±6.67)points, (71.05±9.82)points, (56.42±8.81)points, significantly better than the control group(t=4.153, 6.347, 6.180, 7.423, P<0.05). After the treatment, the patients in the treatment group were NO, PLO, OH levels decreased significantly, significant difference (t=5.287, 7.241, 9.289, P<0.05). Also, the total efficiency of treatment group was 92.45%, significantly higher than 81.13% in the control group, significant difference (χ2=5.632, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, edaravone and thrombolytic therapy with applications significantly. The improvement of neural function and the ability of daily life self-care is beneficial to the rapid recovery of the patients.
