临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患者护理中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法方便选择该院2014年3月—2017年3月收治的150例支气管哮喘患者作为该研究对象,入组对象有完整资料,愿意配合研究,以随机数表法分组,每组75例患者。对照组患者护理中以常规护理模式干预,研究组患者护理中则加用临床护理路径干预,对两组患者临床效果、哮喘知识知晓率、护理满意率进行测评,实施统计学分析。结果研究组患者总有效率为97.33%,对照组则为86.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.070 3,P=0.003 9);研究组患者哮喘知识知晓率为96.00%,对照组则为81.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.959 8,P=0.000 0);研究组患者护理满意率为97.33%,对照组则为84.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.552 7,P=0.005 1)。结论支气管哮喘患者护理中实施临床护理路径干预,除了可以提高临床效果与哮喘知识知晓率,还可以提高患者对护理满意率,值得推广应用。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of nursing path in the nursing of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 150 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were conveniently enrolled in this study.The subjects were with complete data,willing to be studied,to be randomly divided 75 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.Clinical nursing interventions were used in the study group patients'clinical care.The clinical effect,the knowledge rate of the asthma knowledge and the satisfaction rate of the nursing were evaluated in the two groups,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results The total effective rate of study group was 97.33%,86.67%in the control group,the two groups had significant difference(χ2=11.070 3,P=0.003 9).The study group of patients with asthma knowledge rate was 96.00%,81.33%in the control group,the two groups had significant difference(χ2=19.959 8,P=0.000 0);the study group patients nursing satisfaction rate was 97.33%,the control group was 84.00%and the difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=10.552 7,P=0.005 1).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway intervention in bronchial asthma patients can not only improve the clinical effect and the awareness rate of asthma knowledge,but also improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
