早期与延期切开复位内固定术治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者进行早期与延期切开复位内固定术的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择2014年4月—2017年10月该院收治的桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者50例,均进行切开复位内固定术,以手术时间为依据将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组有患者25例,其中对照组患者采取早期手术方式进行治疗,观察组患者采取延期手术方式进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者术后的临床治疗效果。结果 (1)对照组患者和观察组患者的骨折复位优良率(分别为88.00%、84.00%)差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.166;P>0.05);(2)对照组患者和观察组患者的尺偏角以及掌倾角均差异无统计学意义(t=0.144,0.191;P>0.05)。结论桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者进行早期与延期切开复位内固定术均能得到较好的治疗效果,治疗时可以根据患者的具体情况选择最佳的手术时机(早期手术或延期手术)。Objective This paper tries to compare and analyze the clinical effect of early and delayed open reduction and internal fixation in unstable distal radius fractures.Methods Fifty patients with unstable distal radial fracture who were treated in this hospital from April 2014 to October 2017 were selected for open reduction and internal fixation.All patients were divided into control group and observation group based on the operation time The patients in each group had 25 cases.The patients in the control group were treated by early surgery.The patients in the observation group were treated by deferred surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results①There was no significant difference in the rate of fracture reduction between the control group and the observation group(88.00%vs 84.00%,respectively)(χ2=0.166;P>0.05);②There were no significant differences between the control group and the observation group Significant difference(t=0.144,0.191;P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with unstable distal radius fractures undergoing both early and delayed open reduction and internal fixation can be treated well.The optimal timing of operation(early surgery or delayed surgery)can be selected according to the specific conditions of patients.
