缺血性脑中风患者高压氧治疗与护理分析

摘　　要：目的对缺血性脑中风患者给予高压氧治疗和护理的临床效果进行分析。方法方便选取该院自2015年9月—2017年11月收治的64例缺血性脑中风的患者进行分析,将其分组进行治疗和护理,分组方式为住院的先后顺序,对照组(32例)给予常规治疗,并实施常规护理,而治疗组(32例)则给予高压氧治疗,并且实施综合护理干预,对其NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、不同时期的肢体功能评分和临床效果进行分析。结果治疗后,较对照组相比,护理组临床有效率较高,NIHSS评分、MBI评分以及肢体功能评分均较好,对比(t=5.243,7.420,P=0.000)。结论缺血性脑中风严重威胁患者的健康,给予高压氧治疗能够有效改善其缺血、缺氧的症状,并且实施有效的护理则可以显著提高治疗的效果,促进患者身体的恢复,效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and nursing for patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy.Methods 64 cases of ischemic stroke in this hospital from September 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected and analyzed and divided into groups for treatment and nursing.The grouping mode was the order of hospitalization,and the control group(32 cases)were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in the treatment group(32 cases).The NIHSS score,modified Barthel index(MBI)score,limb function score at different stages and clinical effect were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate was higher in the nursing group,NIHSS score,MBI score and limb function score were better than the control group(t=5.243,7.420,P=0.000).Conclusion Ischemic stroke is a serious threat to the health of patients,giving hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of ischemia and hypoxia,and the implementation of effective care can significantly improve the treatment effect and promote the patient’s recovery,the effect is obvious,so it is worth clinical promotion.
