摘　　要：麻黄在临床上的使用具有悠久历史,具有多种化学成分,其生物碱是主要的活性物质。随着对麻黄的研究不断深入,其发汗解表、平喘、免疫抗炎等药理作用及作用机制逐渐阐明。该研究就近年来麻黄药理作用的研究进展进行综述,旨在为麻黄的开发与研究提供参考和指导。Ephedra has a long history of clinical application,has a variety of chemical constituents,and its alkaloids are the major active substances.With the deepening of the study of ephedra,its sweating solution,asthma,immune and anti-inflammatory and other pharmacological effects and mechanisms gradually clarified.In this paper,the research progress of pharmacological effects of ephedra in recent years are reviewed in order to provide reference and guidance for the development and research of ephedra.
