常规切口与小切口下阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎疗效对比

摘　　要：目的分析常规切口与小切口下阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法随机抽选2012年1月—2016年12月该院收治的298例阑尾炎患者,以不同手术方法为依据分组:研究组(n=149例,采用小切口阑尾切除术治疗),参照组(n=149例,采用开腹阑尾切除术治疗),术后,同时观察、对照2组临床效果。结果研究组有效率97.32%,高于参照组的85.91%(χ~2=4.619,P<0.05);研究组术中出血量(15.6±1.52)m L、切口长度(2.7±0.4)cm、术后住院时间(4.1±1.2)d显著优于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.693,4.012,5.473,P<0.05)。结论临床以小切口阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎,应用效果比开腹阑尾切除术更显著,可明显提升患者的临床治疗有效率,缩减手术时间及术后住院时长,临床操作起来安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of routine incision and appendectomy under small incision in treatment of appendicitis.Methods 298 cases of patients with appendicitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were random selected and divided into two groups with 149 cases in each,the research group were treated with appendectomy with small incision,while the control group were treated with laparotomy appendectomy,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(97.32%vs 85.91%)(χ2=4.619,P<0.05);and the intraoperative bleeding amount,incision length,postoperative length of stay in the research group were respectively(15.6±1.52)mL,(2.7±0.4)cm,(4.1±1.2)d,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(t=6.693,4.012,5.473,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of appendectomy under small incision in treatment of appendicitis is more obvious than that of laparotomy appendectomy,which can obviously improve the total clinical treatment effective rate,and shorten the operation time and length of stay after surgery,with high safety.
