单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形的临床分析及Ⅱ期手术修复效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形患者施以Ⅱ期手术治疗后获得的修复效果。方法方便选择该院2014年11月—2017年8月收治的69例单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形患者作为实验对象;所有红唇畸形患者分组通过数字奇偶法展开;对照组(35例):选择V-Y改行术对单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形患者施治;观察组(34例):选择双侧红唇瓣推进修复术对单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形患者施治;最终就两组红唇畸形患者病症治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率展开对比。结果同对照组红唇畸形患者治疗总有效率(62.86%)展开对比,观察组红唇畸形患者(97.06%)提高程度显著(χ~2=12.473 8,P<0.05);同对照组红唇畸形患者不良反应发生率(42.86%)展开对比,观察组红唇畸形患者(8.82%)降低程度显著(χ~2=10.360 2,P<0.05)。结论对于单侧唇裂修复术后继发红唇畸形患者合理选择双侧红唇瓣推进修复术施治,于修复疗效提高以及安全性提高方面可以做出充分保证,最终获得满意手术效果,凸显双侧红唇瓣推进修复术的临床应用价值。Objective To study the secondary vermilion border deformity after the bilateral cheiloplasty and analysis of repair effect of surgery during stageⅡ.Methods 69 cases of patients with secondary vermilion border deformity after the bilateral cheiloplasty admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2011 to August 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups,the control group with 35 cases selected the V-Y modification surgery,and the observation group with 34 cases selected the bilateral red labial prosthesis,and the total treatment effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement degree of total treatment effective rate in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(97.06%vs 62.86%)(χ2=12.4738,P<0.05);and the decrease degree of incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group,(8.82%vs 42.86%)(χ2=10.360 2,P<0.05).Conclusion The rational selection of bilateral red labial prosthesis in treatment of patients with secondary vermilion border deformity after the bilateral cheiloplasty can improve the repair curative effect and fully ensure the safety and finally obtain a satisfactory operation effect,which is worth clinical application.
