耳内镜下重组表皮生长因子加明胶海绵贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔效果分析

摘　　要：目的将耳内镜下的重组表皮生长因子治疗和明胶海绵相关贴补治疗联合方法用于外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者治疗中,探究其应用效果。方法方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月笔者诊治的该院50例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者为研究样本资料,分组参考治疗方法差异,将耳内镜下的重组表皮生长因子治疗和明胶海绵相关贴补治疗联合方法予以实验组25例患者,将常规保守治疗方法予以参照组25例患者,记录2组患者的术后的言语频率相关气导听阈平均值、总有效合计数值、术后并发症合计值。结果实验组患者术后的言语频率相关气导听阈平均值(12.6±3.0)d B HL参比参照组患者(18.3±4.0)d B HL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的总有效合计数值88.00%参比参照组患者60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的术后并发症合计值0.00%参比参照组患者16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者采取耳内镜下的重组表皮生长因子治疗和明胶海绵相关贴补治疗联合方法展示显著效果。Objective To study the application effect of endotoscopic recombinant epidermal growth factor and gelatin sponge in subsidizing therapy of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods 50 cases of patients with traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each,the control group used the routine conservative therapy method,while the experimental group were treated with endotoscopic recombinant epidermal growth factor and gelatin sponge,and the average value of speech frequency related air conduction threshold,total effective rate and postoperative complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The average value of speech frequency related air conduction threshold in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,[(12.6±3.0)dB HL vs(18.3±4.0)dB HL](P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(88.00%vs 60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the postoperative complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(0.00%vs 16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of endotoscopic recombinant epidermal growth factor and gelatin sponge in subsidizing therapy of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane is obvious.
