美托洛尔与他汀类联合治疗心力衰竭合并高脂血症的效果

摘　　要：目的了解美托洛尔与他汀类联合治疗心力衰竭合并高脂血症的效果。方法以随机法将方便选取该院2015年8月—2017年9月收治的128例心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者分成2组:64例对照组给予他汀类治疗,64例实验组予以美托洛尔+他汀类治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组LVEDD(53.45±3.50)mm、LVEF(51.26±3.61)%,优于对照组(59.48±3.67)mm、(43.37±2.15)%(t=9.512,15.022,P<0.05);实验组6 min步行距离(t=0.213,P>0.05)、心率(t=-1.420,P>0.05),与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗心力衰竭合并高脂血症,联用美托洛尔与他汀类治疗,疗效确切。Objective To know the effect of metoprolol and statins in treatment of heart failure and hyperlipemia.Methods 128 cases of patients with heart failure and hyperlipemia admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each,the control group were treated with statins,while the experimental group were treated with metoprolol and statins,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LVEDD,LVEF in the experimental group were better than those in the control group[(53.45±3.50)mm,(51.26±3.61)%vs(59.48±3.67)mm,(43.37±2.15)%(t=9.512、15.022,P<0.05)],the 6-min distance(t=0.213,P>0.05)and heart rate(t=-1.420,P>0.05)had no differences with those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of metoprolol and statins in treatment of heart failure and hyperlipemia is definite.
