360°直肠腔内超声对肛瘘分型和内口定位准确性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究360°直肠腔内超声对肛瘘分型和内口定位准确性的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年3月—2017年4月收治的行360°直肠腔内超声的肛瘘患者113例,其中男66例,女47例,检查后进行肛瘘分型,术后分析肛瘘分型对内口定位准确性的影响。结果该组113例患者,检查结果与手术结果对比,低位复杂性肛瘘准确率96.55%,高位复杂性肛瘘准确率94.44%,低位单纯性肛瘘准确率100.00%,高位单纯性肛瘘准确率100.00%;Parks分型:括约肌上瘘准确率100.00%,经括约肌瘘准确率96.15%,括约肌外瘘准确率100.00%,括约肌间瘘准确率98.53%。内口定位1个内口的患者有85例,与手术的探查结果一致,准确率100.00%。内口定位2个内口的患者有18例,与手术探查结果对比,准确率94.44%。内口定位3个内口的患者有10例,与手术探查结果一致,准确率100.00%。结论Objective To research the effect of 360°endorectal ultrasonography on the anal fistula typing and accuracy of internal ostium orientation.Methods 113 cases of patients with 360°Endorectal ultrasonography admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were convenient selected including 66 males and 47 females,and the patients were for fistula typing,and the effect of fistula typing on the accuracy of internal ostium orientation was analyzed after surgery.Results The comparison of examination results and operation results showed that the accurate rate of low complex anal fistula and high complex anal fistula were respectively 96.55%and 94.44%,and the low simple anal fistula and high simple anal fistula were respectively 100.00%and 100.00%,and in terms of Parks typing,the accurate rates of sphincter upper fistula,sphincter fistula,extrasphincteric fistula,sphincter fistula were respectively 100.00%,96.15%,100.00%,98.53%,and in terms of internal ostium orientation,there were 85 cases with one internal ostium,and the accurate rate was 100.00%,18 cases with two internal ostiums,and the accurate rate was 94.44%,and 10 cases with three internal ostiums,and the accurate rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The 360°endorectal ultrasonography has no effect on the anal fistula typing and accuracy of internal ostium orientation.
