中国对朝鲜半岛政策与新时代中韩关系的发展

摘　　要：中国与朝鲜半岛有着悠久的交往历史,而且半岛在地缘政治上具有重要的意义。冷战结束以后,中国不仅跟朝鲜保持友好交流传统,而且跟韩国实现了关系正常化。中韩建交以来,两国关系在各领域发展迅速,逐步形成了战略合作伙伴关系。由于萨德问题,中韩关系不仅遭到了建交以来最严重的冲击,也影响了两国国家发展战略的对接。如果中国"一带一路"建设与韩国的国家发展战略实现对接,那么中韩关系有望发展成为新型国家关系的典范。There is a long historical association between China and Korean Peninsula,and the peninsula is of great significance in geopolitics.After the end of the Cold War,China not only kept the tradition of friendly communication with DPRK,but also normalized the relations with ROK.Since the establishment of Sino-ROK diplomatic relations,the bilateral relations have been developing quickly in many fields and have developed into the strategic partnerships.However,the relations encountered a heavy blow and the connection of national developing strategies was frustrated because of the THAAD issue.In October 2017,China and ROK reached a certain understanding about the issue,which was helpful in improving the bilateral relations and promoting the relations to come into the new era.With the connection of China's Belt and Road Initiative and ROK s national developing strategy,Sino-ROK relations will become a model of the new-typed relations between countries.
