摘　　要：针对STCW马尼拉修正案正式实施以及相应的国内履约法规和纲要的修改或制定对航海教育与培训带来的影响,以广东海洋大学航海学院航海技术专业为例,对其教学改革优化实践经验进行总结分析,探讨专业下一步的教学改革的创新与发展,供决策者及其他院校参考借鉴。For the influence of the implementation of Manila amendment to STCW and the modification or formulation of the corresponding national regulations to the maritime education and training,taking the marine institute of Guangdong Ocean University as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the optimization of teaching reform practice experience,and then probes the innovation and development of teaching reform in the next step,providing a reference and suggestions for decision makers and other institutions.
