摘  要:蓄光型油墨主要组成成分包括蓄光材料、有机树脂、油墨溶剂和助剂按一定比例通过特殊加工工艺制成。蓄光油墨属于功能性油墨,其主要特点是在阳光和人工光源条件下经照射吸收储蓄光能,在无外界光源的黑暗环境下释放光能,蓄光油墨具备这一特性的主要原因是其含有蓄光材料。回顾并分析了三代蓄光材料的发展历程与技术关键,对国内外关于特色蓄光材料的专利现状进行了分析,对发明亮点进行了总结。对烟草行业研究推出蓄光型烟用材料产品的前景进行了展望,蓄光型烟用材料技术优势突出,结合国内外研究背景和趋势,市场空白产品需求,因此蓄光材料在烟用材料上的研究应用具备相当可行性。The main components of the light storage ink include the light storage material,the organic resin,the ink solvent and the auxiliary agent,which are made by special processing technology according to a certain proportion.Storage ink is a functional ink.Its main function is to absorb light and energy in sunlight and artificial light,and to release light energy in the dark environment without external light source.The main reason for storing ink is that it contains light storage materials.The development process and technical key points of the three generation of light storage materials were reviewed and analyzed.The patent status of characteristic light storage materials at home and abroad was analyzed,and the highlights of the invention were summarized.Prospect of its application in tobacco industry was launched.Such materials process technology advantages.Considering the background and trend of research at home and abroad,and the market demand for products,the light storage material used in tobacco research and application on material have considerable feasibility.
