摘  要:为了测定过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂对环境真菌的消毒效果,为其使用提供依据,以黑曲霉、青霉分离株和白色念珠菌标准株为指示菌,应用5种消毒剂分别进行悬液定性、定量杀灭试验,并应用复方消毒剂进行了羊舍现场消毒效果监测。结果显示:复方消毒剂在推荐中剂量组作用30 min可完全杀灭指示菌,而其他4种消毒剂在推荐中、高剂量组不能完全杀灭3种指示菌;复方消毒剂对真菌消毒合格所需的有效成分浓度均低于其他消毒剂;复方消毒剂以1:256稀释、20 mL/m^3剂量喷雾消毒,对羊舍气载真菌作用6 h后的效果最佳(杀灭率为47.8%~68.1%),对地面、墙壁和笼具等表面载体消毒30 min的杀灭率分别为89.3%、72.3%和88.7%,可维持24 h以上。结果表明,过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂在实验室消毒和现场消毒试验中1:256稀释作用10 min即可高效杀灭真菌孢子,比市售常见消毒剂所需有效成分浓度更低,用时更短,但在生产应用中应根据实际情况适当加大使用浓度和剂量。In order to evaluate the disinfection effect of peroxy acetic acid glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant on environmental fungi and to provide basis for its further use,taking isolates of Aspergillus niger and Penicillium and Candida albicans standard strains as the indicator bacteria,suspension qualitative and quantitative killing tests were carried out towards the bacteria by 5 kinds of disinfectants,and the on-site disinfection effect of sheep house was monitored by compound disinfectant.The results showed that 3 kinds of indicator bacteria could be killed completely by compound disinfectant with recommended middle dose in 30 minutes,while they could not be killed by the other 4 kinds of disinfectants no matter the dose was in the middle level or the high.Besides,the concentration of compound disinfectant required for qualified disinfection was lower than those of other disinfectants.The disinfection effects for environmental fungi achieved the best when the conditions were as follows:dilution concentration of 1:256,disinfectant dosage of 20 mL/m3 and disinfection time of 6 hours(the bacteria killing rate was 47.8%to 68.1%).For the surfaces of carriers including the grounds,walls and cages,when the reaction time was 30 minutes,the killing rates of compound disinfection were 89.3%,72.3%and 88.7%,respectively,and the disinfection effects could last for over 24 hours.The results indicated that peracetic acid glutaraldehyde compound disinfectant could effectively kill fungal spores both in laboratory and field disinfection tests,and the required concentration of the effective agents in it was less than that in other disinfectants commonly sold in the markets,and the disinfection time was shorter.However,in production and application,the concentration should be increased appropriately according to the actual situation.
