经尿道等离子电切术治疗输尿管末端囊肿15例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管末端囊肿经尿道等离子电切术治疗的效果。方法:收治输尿管末端囊肿患者15例,均行经尿道等离子电切术治疗。结果:15例患者手术均成功,手术平均时间20 min,术后平均住院4 d,术后定期复查尿常规、泌尿系B超、膀胱造影,随访时间13~47个月。结论:经尿道等离子电切术是治疗输尿管末端囊肿的一种简便、效果显著的方式,且经济、安全。Objective:To investigate the effect of ureteral terminal cysts via plasma resection of the urethra.Methods:15 cases of ureteral terminal cyst were selected.There were 7 cases of cysts on the right,8 cases in the left,1 case in bilateral,and 3 cases in mild and moderate hydronephrosis.Results:All those 15 patients were operated successfully.The average time of operation was 20 min,and the average postoperative hospital stay was 4 days.Regular urine reexamination,B ultrasound and bladder angiography were tested,and followed up for 13 months to 47 months after the operation.Conclusion:Transurethral resection of the urethra is a simple,effective,economical and safe treatment for the ureteral terminal cyst.
