摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持应用于精神分裂症患者的预后干预中对患者生活质量和精神症状的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者138例,将其分为对照组和试验组,各69例。对照组患者应用常规心理治疗,试验组在此基础上应用个体-团体-家属干预模式进行干预。结果:试验组的生活质量和社会知识明显优于对照组,且试验组的精神病评定得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用个体-团体-家属干预模式对精神分裂症患者进行治疗,能够提供患者所需要的社会支持感受,改善患者的生活质量,帮助患者恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of social support on the quality of life and mental symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:138 cases of schizophrenic patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 69 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional psychotherapy,and on the basis of the experimental group,the individual group family intervention was used to intervene.Results:The quality of life and social knowledge of the patients in the experimental group were obviously better than those of the control group,and the scores of mental illness in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individual group family intervention mode to treat schizophrenics can provide patients with social support feelings,improve their quality of life and help patients recover.
