摘　　要：目的:观察对脊髓损伤患者进行早期康复治疗,其日常生活活动能力以及功能独立性评定的变化情况。方法:收治脊髓损伤患者90例,分为观察组与对照组,各45例。分别实施早期康复治疗与常规脊髓损伤治疗。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的AMS、FIM评分提升程度更大;对照组并发症发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对脊髓损伤患者实施早期康复治疗,有利于在改善其日常生活能力及功能独立性的同时显著降低其并发症发生率。Objective:To observe the early rehabilitation therapy impact on changing of daily living ability and the assessment of the function independence,in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:90 patients with spinal cord injury were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The early rehabilitation treatment and the conventional spinal cord injury were treated respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the AMS and FIM scores of the patients in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation for patients with spinal cord injury is beneficial to improving their daily life ability and functional independence,and significantly reducing the incidence of complications.
