摘 要:目的研究毛脉蓼Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.)Harald.var.cillinerve(Nakai)A.J.Li的化学成分。方法毛脉蓼干燥块根的95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、没食子酸(3)、琥珀酸(4)、α-D-葡萄糖(5)、annulatin 3'-O-β-D-xyloside(6)、山柰苷(7)、桦褐孔菌二糖(8)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(9)、赤藓醇(10)。结论化合物6~10为首次从何首乌属植物中分离得到,化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of Fallopia multiflora(Thunb.)Harald.var.cillinerve(Nakai)A.J.Li.METHODS The 95%etlianol extract of tlie roots from F.multiflora was isolated and puri-fied by silica column and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as p-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),gallic acid(3),succinic acid(4),a-.N-glucos^(5),Annulatin 3^-O-p-.D-xyloside(6),kaempferitrin(7),inotodisa?haride(8),n-butyl-p-Nfructopyranoside(9),erythritol(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 6-10 are isolated from genus Fallopia for the first time,compounds 3-10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
