酸模叶蓼化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究酸模叶蓼Polygonum lapathifolium L.的化学成分。方法酸模叶蓼80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为2',4'-二羟基-6'-甲氧基查耳酮(1)、2',6'-二羟基-4'-甲氧基查耳酮(2)、2',3'-二羟基-4',6'-二甲氧基查耳酮(3)、3-甲氧基槲皮素(4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、山柰酚3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(10)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(12)、槲皮素-3-O-(2″没食子酰基)-鼠李糖苷(13)、槲皮素-3-O-(2″-O-没食子酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、槲皮素-3-O-(6″-O-反式阿魏酰基)-β-D-半乳糖苷(15)。结论化合物3~8均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Polygonum lapathifolium L..METHODS The etliyl acetate fraction of 80%ethanol extract of P.lapathifolium L.was isolated and purified by silica column,Sephadex LH-20 and 0DS,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical proper-ties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 2k 4’-di-hydroxy-6’-meh-toxy-chaltone(1),2’,6’-di-hydroxy-4’-methoxy-chaltone(2),2’,3’-di-hydroxy-4’,6’-di-methoxy-chaltone(3),kaempferol,kaempferol(4),quercetin(5),quercetin-3-0-a-L-rhamnoside(6),quercetin-3-0-a-L-rhamnoside(7),kaempferol-3-0-a-(-rhamnoside(8),kaempferol-3-0-β-D-glucoside(9),quercetin-3-0-β-D-galactoside(10),quercetin-3-0-p-D-glucoside(11),kaempferol-3-0-β-D-galactoside(12),quercetin-3-0-(2”-0-galloyl)-rh-amnoside(13),quercetin-3-0-(2”-0-galloyl)-glucoside(14),quercetin-3-0-)(6”-0-transferuloyl)-β-D-galactoside](15).CONCLUSION Compound 3-8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
