摘 要:在产品开发过程中,对某PHEV车型动力总成进行模态测试,测试结果表明其弯曲频率较低,不满足目标值要求,有产生动力传动系共振的风险。为了提高动力总成的弯曲模态频率并为设计提供指导,建立动力总成的有限元模型并进行模态仿真分析,仿真分析的结果与试验所得结果相当,验证了有限元模型的正确性。同时,对动力总成进行优化,并对优化方案进行分析验证,分析结果表明优化后,动力总成的模态频率能够满足目标值要求。该研究方法具有一定的工程参考价值。In the product development process,the modal frequency of PHEV powerplant was tested,and the result show that the bending modal frequency of the powerplant didn’t meet target,which would be liable to cause the powertrain resonance.In order to improve the bending modal frequency of the powerplant and provide guidance for designer,the finite element model of the powerplant was established and modal analysis was simulated.The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results,which also verified the finite element model was credible.Meanwhile,the powerplant was optimized,and also the optimized powerplant was analyzed.The results show that the modal frequency of the optimized powerplant can meet target.The study about modal analysis and optimization of the PHEV powerplant has certain reference value in engineering practice.
