摘　　要：常州制造业基础雄厚,增长快速,并已形成了一批具有地方特色的产业集群,但大部分仍由一些制造规模不大的中小企业组成。结合"互联网+"发展,对常州市中小制造业发展现状进行SWOT分析的基础上,从企业层面提出了对策建议,为转型期间的中小制造企业的发展提供新的建设思路。Changzhou manufacturing has formed a number of local characteristics of the industrial clusters which strong base and rapid growth.But most still make up by some small and medium-sized enterprise.Based on the SWOT analysis of Changzhou small and medium-sized manufacturing industry,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions under the Background of“Internet plus”from the enterprise level,and provides new construction ideas for the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises during the transition period.
