摘  要:分别对AlSi10Mg的3D打印直接成型和ZL105间接成型的特点、组织和力学性能进行了研究。研究表明,AlSi10Mg零件的3D打印直接成型具有一定方向性,组织细小,综合机械性能要好于同材质的铸态零件;ZL105的3D打印间接成型零件虽然晶粒略粗大,但机械性能仍好于普通铸造件。This article researches the forming character,crystal phase and mechanical property of AlSi10Mg and ZL105 parts produced by direct and indirect 3D printing technologies.The result displays that the crystal phase of AlSi10Mg part distributes along a certain direction with a small-scale structure,and its mechanical property is better than that of the same material at casting state.In terms of ZL105 part produced by indirect 3D printing technology,the size of grain is larger than that of AlSi10Mg part,while its mechanical property still transcends the normal casting part.
