摘 要:用传统的定位原理和判断方法来判定工件在夹具中的自由度,不仅需要花费大量精力地去判定工件被限制的自由度,更重要的是,用传统的定位判断方法容易造成误判,由于误判而导致夹具设计失败。针对这一问题,基于工件与定位元件的接触表面,根据其几何关系和规律推导出一组判断工件自由度的定理,使工件自由度的判断方法更加严谨、简单、直观,同时可有效避免工件产生过定位。发展与完善基于接触元素的工件自由度判断定理工件的定位理论,有利于计算机辅助夹具设计中对工件自由度的正确判断。With the traditional positioning principle and judgment method to determine the degree of freedom of workpiece in the fixture,not only need to spend a lot of energy to determine the workpiece is to limit the degrees of freedom,more importantly,by positioning the traditional judgment method is easy to cause the miscarriage of justice,the fixture design failed due to misjudgment.To solve this problem,the contact surface and workpiece positioning element based on the rules is derived according to the geometric relations and a theorem to determine the degrees of freedom of workpiece,the judgment method of degrees of freedom of workpiece is more rigorous,simple and intuitive,and can effectively avoid the workpiece positioning.To develop and improve the location theory of workpiece freedom judgment theorem based on contact elements is helpful to judge the degree of freedom of workpiece in computer aided fixture design.
