摘　　要：为了保障数控实训基地的运行更加安全、有序,培养学生规范做事、认真严谨的敬业精神,通过对实训基地的环境和工作责任采用"目视化"的方法进行精益管理。建设后实训基地的车间环境和设备完好率得到了提升,也提高了数控技能教学的效率和质量。In order to ensure the safety and orderliness of NC training base,train students’standardized work and serious dedication spirit,lean management is carried out through the visualization of the training base’s environment and responsibilities.After the construction,the environment and equipment of the training base have been improved,and the efficiency and quality of the teaching of numerical control skills are also improved.
