摘　　要：本文主要介绍了在飞机蒙皮生产中铆钉的作用及应用,讲述了铆钉冲头的特点、分类、加工能力及冲头的应用等。提出灌硫磺检测型面的有效检测手段,专用成型刀具精车弯铆钉头端部型面,并配合大批量生产需要设计制造了角度可控、工件直径尺寸可调、定位精准的弯折角度夹具,通过上述加工方法型面弯铆钉冲头的生产效率以及检测精度都得到了保证。In aircraft skin production is mainly introduced in this paper the function and application of rivet,tells the story of rivet punch the characteristics,classification,processing ability,and the application of the punch.Type of the punch head were summarized in detail the processing on the surface of the punch head type polishing methods of measurement,the punch work type,etc.,put forward the effective scheme of manufacturing rivet punch,made the effective auxiliary tool for easy production and processing,the processing method has wide popularization value.
