大容积直线式液压作动筒压力脉冲试验的分析与探索

摘　　要：计算了特定大、小容积液压作动筒压力峰值下的变形,对两种作动筒进行了压力脉冲试验波形调试,分析了相同试验条件下,大容积液压作动筒压力脉冲波形难以实现的原因。为探索调试大容积液压作动筒达到标准压力脉冲试验波形积累经验。It calculated deformation of a typical big volume hydraulic actuators and a little typical hydraulic actuators,which under impulse testing wave spectrum’s peak value pressure,and validated by debugging standard impulse testing wave spectrum to them.It analyzed reasons,that during the course of impulse testing,using the same laboratory equipment debugging standard wave spectrum are more difficult to big volume hydraulic actuators than the little ones.Accumulating experience for deploring the big volume hydraulic actuators debuging standard wave spectrum.
