摘　　要：目的:建立测定注射用硫酸头孢匹罗中碳酸钠含量的方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法,光源:钠空心阴极灯,原子化器:空气-乙炔火焰原子化器,分析线:330.3 nm。结果:钠元素检测浓度线性范围为0~150μg/ml(r=0.999 4);平均回收率为102.9%(n=9),RSD为2.1%;检出限为0.11μg/ml。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可用于注射用硫酸头孢匹罗中碳酸钠的含量测定。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of the content of sodium carbonate in cefpirome sulfate for injection.Methods:Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was adopted.Sodium hollow cathode lamp was used as light source,air-ethyne flame atomizer was used as atomizer,and analytical line was at 330.3 nm.Results:The linear range of sodium was 0.0~150.0μg/ml(r=0.999 4)with an average recovery of 102.9%(n=9),RSD was 2.1%.The limit of detection was 0.11μg/ml.Conclusion:The method is convenient,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the content determination of sodium carbonate in cefpirome sulfate for injection.
