摘 要:采用2-羧乙基-苯基次磷酸、乙二醇和苯二甲酸进行酯化反应和缩聚反应来制备阻燃聚酯纤维,然后对制备的阻燃聚酯纤维结构进行表征,对热转变、热稳定、热降解、流变性、可纺性和燃烧性等进行研究。结果表明,当阻燃单体在所制备阻燃聚酯纤维中的质量分数为4.5%时,阻燃聚酯纤维具有0.330的氧指数,初始分解温度可以提高约30℃,而在垂直燃烧实验中能够达到FV-0级,当阻燃单体在所制备的阻燃聚酯纤维中的质量分数低于4.5%时,阻燃聚酯纤维的阻燃效果不明显。Flame retardant polyester fiber was prepared by 2-carboxyethyl phenyl hypophosphorous acid,ethylene glycol and phthalic acid through esterification and polycondensation.Then,the structure characterization,thermal transformation,thermal stability,thermal degradation,rheological properties,spinnability and combustion properties of flame retardant polyester fiber were studied.The results showed that if the content of the flame retardant monomer in the prepared flame retardant polyester fiber was 4.5%,the oxygen index of flame retardant polyester fiber was 0.330,the initial decomposition temperature could increased by approximately 30℃,and the FV-0 level could be achieved in the vertical combustion test.When the content of the flame retardant monomer in the flame retardant polyester fiber was lower than 4.5%,the flame retardant effect of flame retardant polyester fiber was not obvious.
