摘　　要：基于实验室长期积累的质控数据评估不确定度的"top-down"法具有广泛的应用前景,质控图法是其中的方法之一。利用实验室积累的质控数据,建立质控图,对纺织品中禁用偶氮染料3,3-二甲基联苯胺质量分数的测量不确定度进行评定。结果表明,纺织品中3,3-二甲基联苯胺质量分数为62.0 mg/kg的测量结果扩展不确定度为5.4 mg/kg。该方法适用于积累了大量质控数据的实验室进行内部质量控制。The"top-down"method,which is based on the long-term accumulation of quality control da?ta,is widely used in uncertainty evaluation.Quality control chart is one of the methods.The laboratory datas concerning quality control were used for assessing uncertainties in measurement of azo dyes 3,3-dimethyl benzidine in textile by"top-down"quality control chart method.The results showed that the expanding uncer?tainty was 5.4 mg/kg when the content of 3,3-dimethyl benzidine was 62.0 mg/kg.It was suitable for interior quality control in a laboratory where a large number of quality control data had been accumulated.
