摘  要:植物多糖因具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化等生物活性和多种药用价值,近年已广泛应用于生命科学等研究领域。由于植物多糖相关研究受其油脂、蛋白质、色素等杂质影响较大,故除杂质、分离纯化技术是该领域研究开展的重要前提。本文对近年来植物多糖的脱脂、除蛋白、除色素等分离纯化方法技术的研究现状进行总结,为植物多糖的深入研究与开发提供参考。In recent years,because plant polysaccharides are with anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-ulcer,anti-oxidation and other unique biological activity,a variety of medicinal values have been frequently applied in the field of life sciences research.However,because plant polysaccharides research is limited by its fat,protein,pigment and other impurities,technology of impurities and separation and purification are important premise of research development in this field.This article mainly summarized the recent research on the methods of impurities,separation and purification of plant polysaccharides,which provided a reference for the further research and development of plant polysaccharides.
