摘  要:Rev-erbα是核内受体超家族成员中的一员,作为生物钟系统的钟控基因,对生物体各组织器官生理节律的维持至关重要。其同时调节有机体的糖脂代谢、脂肪细胞分化及炎症反应等,因而与糖尿病及动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近来研究发现,Rev-erbα与胰岛功能相关,可调节胰岛的内分泌激素,包括胰岛素及胰高血糖素的分泌,对胰岛β细胞的增殖也起调节作用,进一步表明Rev-erbα对糖尿病发生、发展的重要影响,可望成为改善或治疗糖尿病的新靶点。Rev-erbαis a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily.As the clock gene of circadian clock system,it is of crucial importance to maintain the physiological rhythm of organism organs.Rev-erbαalso regulates glucolipid metabolism and inflammatory response,therefore it is closely related to diabetes mellitus and atherosclerotic diseases.Recent studies have shown that Rev-erbαis associated with islet function.It adjusts pancreatic endocrine hormones,including secretion of insulin and glucagon and also plays a great role in isletβcells proliferation,which all further indicate that Rev-erbαhas a notable impact on the occurrence and development of diabetes,and it is expected to be the novel target for improvement or treatment of diabetes.
