摘　　要：变应性鼻炎亦称过敏性鼻炎,是由变应原引起的一种慢性炎症性疾病,其发病涉及多方面因素,并呈现出与环境密切相关的特点。随着环境污染的严重,发病率在全球范围内逐年升高,已经成为耳鼻喉科的常见疾病。参与过敏性鼻炎发生、发展的因素有很多,随着研究的深入发现,多种细胞因子、炎症细胞以及炎性介质等共同参与了变应性鼻炎,深入研究免疫细胞及其分泌的细胞因子在变应性鼻炎中的作用机制,可为变应性鼻炎的治疗提供新的途径和方法。Rhinallergosis,also known as allergic rhinitis,is a chronic inflammatory disease caused by allergens,and its pathogenesis involves a variety of factors,which are closely related with the environment.With the environmental pollution getting serious,the incidence has been increasing year by year worldwide and has become a common disease of otolaryngo-logy.Many factors are involved in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis,and the in-depth study found that a variety of cytokines,inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators are involved in allergic rhinitis,while in-depth study of immune cells and the secretion of cytokines in the the mechanism of allergic rhinitis can provide new ways and methods for the treatment.
