摘 要:新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害是新生儿窒息后出现的多器官损害中的一种。而新生儿窒息后最严重的损害是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病,也是引起新生儿死亡和致残的主要原因之一。新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害轻者出现一过性心肌酶升高,重者可出现心力衰竭,最终导致心源性休克而死亡。其严重程度与出生时造成新生儿窒息的原因及窒息的严重程度有关,窒息越严重,心肌损害越严重。因此,减轻新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的关键是及早进行正确的窒息复苏。Neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage is one of multiple organ damages in neonatal asphyxia.The most serious damage after neonatal asphyxia is the newborn hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,which is also one of the main causes of neonatal death and disability.The light hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury in newborns is temporary elevated myocardial enzyme,while in the serious cases heart failure and eventually cardiogenic shock may occur.Its severity is related to the cause of neonatal asphyxia at birth and the severity of asphyxia:the more severe the myocardial injury is,the more serious the myocardial damage is.Therefore,the key to reduce the hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage is the early and correct asphyxia recovery.
