摘　　要：根据IEC61850标准通信规约,设计了一种基于ARM Cortex-A9架构的智能监测装置,采用Linux操作系统嵌入IEC61850协议,通过RS485总线与过程层在线监测装置进行数据传输,采用以太网将数据以IEC61850标准规约格式与站控层状态监测平台进行通信,最终实现对断路器、封闭式组合电器及金属氧化物避雷器绝缘等设备的状态信息在线监测功能。According to the IEC61850 standard communication protocol,an intelligent monitoring IED based on ARM Cortex-A9 architecture was designed,which used the Linux operating system to embed IEC61850 protocol.The data communication between IED and monitoring device at process layer was achieved through the RS485 bus.While the IED transfer the data collected from monitoring device at process layer in IEC61850 standard protocol format to the status monitoring platform on station-control layer.Finally,the on-line monitoring of circuit breaker(CB),gas insulated substation(GIS)and metal oxide surge Arresters(MOA)was realized.
