摘  要:针对工业废气热能利用问题,研制了一种基于塞贝克效应的半导体热电转换仪器。该仪器使用MSP430芯片作为主控核心,主要包括热电转换模块、温度控制模块、A/D转换模块、输出性能参数显示模块;在一定范围内设定温差,可以产生相应大小的电能且通过LCD1602实时显示出热电转换模块相应的输出电压值/电流值;并对采集的参数数据进行分析,得出了影响其输出性能的相关因素。实验结果表明:该仪器操作方便、测量精度高、热电转换现象明显。Aiming at the problem of heat utilization in industrial waste gas,a semiconductor thermoelectric conversion instrument t was developed on the basis of Seebeck effect.The device used MSP430 chip as the control core,including the thermoelectric conversion module,temperature control module A/D conversion module and performance parameter display module.In a certain range,the temperature difference can be generated.And the corresponding size of the electrical energy can be generated and the corresponding output voltage/current value of the thermoelectric conversion module can be displayed in real time by LCD1602.The parameters of the data collected were analyzed,and the factors affecting the output performance were obtained.The experimental results show that the instrument has the advantages of convenient operation,high measuring precision and obvious phenomenon of thermoelectric conversion.
