摘  要:针对纺织业采用人眼判定锦纶丝色差存在误检率高的问题,研制了基于DM6437的锦纶丝染色等级评测系统。整个系统采用球积分光源照射锦纶丝袜套,COMS图像传感器进行图像采集,采集的图像经过模数转换后传输至DM6437核心处理器,DM6437进行图像处理并计算出其灰度值,通过与标准样品进行比较计算出两者的灰度值,最终依据标准灰度比色卡得出该段锦纶丝染色等级评价。实验表明,该系统能准确检测出不合格的染色锦纶丝袜段,同时具有抗外界干扰强、操作简单、系统集成化高等优点,适用于纺织行业进行锦纶丝染色等级分级。In order to solve the problem of high false detection rate in the textile industry by using the human eye to judge the color difference of nylon fiber,a nylon dyeing grade evaluation system based on DM6437 was developed.The whole system adopted integral ball light nylon socks,COMS image sensor for image acquisition,image acquisition through the analog-digital conversion was transmitted to the DM6437 core processor,then image was processed by DM6437 and the gray value was calculated,by comparing with the standard sample to calculate the gray value of the two,and finally according to the standard gray scale color card,the paragraph nylon yarn dyeing grade evaluation was obtained.Experiments show that the system can accurately detect the dyeing nylon stockings segment does not qualified,and has strong anti-interference,simple operation,high system integration advantages,suitable for textile dyeing nylon filament grade.
