摘  要:为了实现微波场中的温度测量,以荧光光纤作为传感器,基于荧光寿命测温法的原理,设计了荧光光纤测温系统。为选择合适的数据处理算法,使用VC++6.0软件编写了上位机数据处理显示界面,分别对最小二乘拟合法、FFT拟合法和积分面积比值法进行仿真,得出3种算法的优劣,为不同测量条件下选取数据处理算法提供依据,进而实现微波场环境下的温度测量。In order to realize the temperature measurement in the microwave field,the fluorescent fiber was used as the sensor,based on the principle of the fluorescence lifetime temperature measurement method,the fluorescent fiber temperature measurement system was designed.VC++6.0 software was used to write the data processing display interface of the host computer to select the appropriate data processing algorithm.The merits and demerits of three algorithms were obtained by simulating the least squares fitting method,the FFT fitting method and the integral area ratio method respectively to provide the theoretical basis for selecting the data processing algorithm under different measurement conditions,and then the temperature measurement in the microwave field environment was realized.
