摘 要:为解决农村有机固体废弃物产能过剩及设施菜地生产力下降的问题,本研究拟建立"有机物料还田+蚯蚓"的生态农业生产方式,实现有机物料资源化利用,并提高蔬菜产量和品质。通过2个田间试验,研究不同种蚯蚓(赤子爱胜蚓和威廉腔环毛蚓)和有机物料种类及施用方式对菠菜产量与品质的影响。结果表明:腐熟牛粪的施用方式对菠菜产量和品质无显著影响,在施用腐熟牛粪条件下,接种赤子爱胜蚓和威廉腔环毛蚓分别提高菠菜产量32.78%~37.23%和18.70%~44.26%。而且,接种赤子爱胜蚓显著提高菠菜的可溶性糖和维生素C含量,同时降低了菠菜中Cu、Pb和Zn含量。另外,本研究还发现赤子爱胜蚓对菠菜产量和品质的影响与有机物料种类有关,综合效果最佳的处理是施用腐熟牛粪+食用菌渣+赤子爱胜蚓。In order to solve the problem of surplus production in rural solid wastes and low-production of protected vegetable cultivation,the ecological agricultural production mode of organic manure returning added with earthw-or^n was established to reuse organic manure and improve vegetable yield and quality.Based on the two experiments,the effects of different earthwor^ns(Eisenia foetida and Metaphire guillelmi)and manure placement on the yield and quality of spinach were investigated.The results showed that E.foetida and M.guillelmi addition significantly increased the spinach yield by32.78%-37.23%and18.70%-44.26%,respectively.Furthermore,the contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C of the spinach were significantly increased and the contents of Cu,Pb and Zn of the spinach were significantly decreased when E.foetida was introduced.In addition,the effects of E.foetida on the spinach yield and quality were related to organic manure types,and the best effect appeared in the treatment of the decomposed cattle manure added with edible mushroom and inoculated with E.foetida.
