摘　　要：《共产党宣言》作为马克思主义诞生的重要标志之一,其蕴含的理论和思想是不断发展的。科学理解和把握《共产党宣言》揭示的关于所有制关系变化的客观规律,整体把握资产阶级生产方式和经济关系发展的客观性和变化的规律性,对深刻认识和把握中国特色社会主义新时代我国所有制发展的新变化、新特征,具有重要指导意义。把经典著作的科学思想和中国化马克思主义特别是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想结合起来进行研究,是科学理解和把握党的"十九大"提出的以"两个毫不动摇"为原则的基本经济制度的根本遵循。As one of important symbols of the birth of Marxism,the Communist Manifesto contains constantly developing theory and thought.Scientific understanding of the objective laws of the changes in the ownership system revealed by the Communist Manifesto and the overall grasping of the objectivity of the development of the bourgeois production mode and economic relations and the regularity of their changes has important guiding significance for profoundly understanding and grasping the new changes and characteristics of China’s ownership development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To scientifically understand and grasp the basic economic system with the principle of"two never hesitations"put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the fundamental rule is to study both the scientific thought of classics and localization of Marxism in China,particularly Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
