养心益阳汤对改善慢性心衰患者心功能及生活质量的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟养心益阳汤对改善慢性心力衰竭(慢性心衰)患者心功能与生活质量的作用。方法:以78例患者纳入本次观察资料,将全部患者以随机法均分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用自拟养心益阳汤治疗,治疗1疗程后对比两组患者的临床疗效,评估并对比治疗前后两组患者心功能指标、生活质量及中医证候积分的变化情况。结果:对照组总有效率为58.97%;观察组总有效率为89.74%,观察组疗效较对照组理想(P<0.05)。治疗后两组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、6MWT、NT-proBNP均可见好转,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗后观察组各项指标均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量与中医证候积分均可见好转,组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗后观察组生活质量与中医证候积分均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养心益阳汤可有效改善慢性心衰患者的心功能与生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yangxin Yiyang decoction on improving cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:78 cases were included in the observation data of all patients with were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group received routine western medicine treatment,the observation group based on the application of Yiyang Yangxin decoction treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with treatment after one course of treatment,evaluation and comparison of heart function and life quality index.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 58.97%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%,and the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,6MWT,NT-proBNP and quality of life were improved,the group compared was significant difference(P<0.05);at the same time after treatment,the observation group indicators were better than the control group,the comparison between group was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Yiyang decoction can effectively improve the cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure,so it has clinical significance.
