通络糖泰方对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对Cys-C水平、运动传导速度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析通络糖泰方对糖尿病周围神经病变血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平、运动传导速度的影响及疗效。方法:回顾性选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者58例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规治疗联合口服弥可保治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗联合弥可保治疗的基础上加用通络糖泰方治疗,分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者症状评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HbAlc、FPG、2hPG、TAOC、Cys-C、Hcy水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者HbAlc、FPG、2hPG、Cys-C、Hcy水平低于对照组,TAOC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络糖泰方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可有效改善患者临床症状,加快感觉神经和运动神经的传导速度,且可降低血清中Cys-C、Hcy的表达水平。Objective:Analysis of Tongluo Tangtai decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy serum cystatin C(Cys-C),motor conduction velocity and improve the curative effect.Methods:Review the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 58 cases,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Methycobal combined collaterals,observe the treatment with conventional sugar treatment group,curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients before treatment,HbAlc,FPG,2hPG,TAOC,Cys-C,no significant differences between the levels of Hcy(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group of patients with HbAlc FPG,2hPG,Cys-C,Hcy levels lower than the control group,the level of TAOC was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups of patients with the median nerve,ulnar nerve,common peroneal nerve and MNCV there was no significant difference in the level of SNCV(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MNCV and SNCV in the median nerve,ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Tongluo Tangtai recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,accelerate the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve,and decrease the expression of Cys-Cn Hcy in serum.
