穴位敷贴联合清热解表汤治疗外感发热患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位敷贴联合清热解表汤治疗外感发热患者的临床疗效及症状变化情况。方法:择取87例患者纳入本次研究,将全部患者依随机法均分为对照组、汤剂组与联合组,对照组给予常规西医西药治疗,汤剂组在对照组的基础上给予自拟清热解表汤治疗,联合组于汤剂组治疗的基础上联合应用穴位敷贴治疗;治疗1疗程后评估并对比两组临床疗效,全程观察两组患者首次发汗时间、起效时间、痊愈时间,痊愈后统计治疗过程中发生的不良反应以评估治疗安全性。结果:对照组总有效率79.31%,汤剂组总有效率89.66%,联合组总有效率96.55%,三组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组间开始发汗时间、退热起效时间以及痊愈时间均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率为6.90%,汤剂组为10.34%,对照组为31.03%,联合组分别低于汤剂组与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴联合自拟清热解表汤治疗外感发热患者,疗效理想、起效快、可缩短疗程且不良反应小。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the change of symptoms of patients with exogenous fever treated with acupoint application and Qingre Jiebiao decoction.Methods:This study included 87 patients from selected exogenous fever,all patients according to the random method were divided into control group,decoction group and combination group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,decoction group was treated with Qingre Jiebiao decoction on the basis of the control group based on the combined group,decoction group therapy combined with acupoint sticking therapy;after a course of treatment to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,all patients in two groups were observed for the first time sweating time,onset time,recovery time and adverse reaction in the process of statistics recovered after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic safety.Results:The total efficiency of the control group 79.31%,decoction group the total efficiency of 89.66%,the total efficiency of the combination group(P<0.05),the comparison between the three groups;three groups started sweating time,fever onset time and recovery time were statistically significant(P<0.05);combined group the incidence of adverse reaction was 6.90%,decoction group was 10.34%,control for the 31.03%group,combination group were lower than those of decoction group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Qingre Jiebiao decoction in treating exogenous fever is ideal,quick onset,short course of treatment and small adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
