摘 要:为研究刚玉质低水泥浇注料气孔结构参数与透气度的定量关系,以白刚玉和铝酸钙水泥为主要原料,利用浇注料气孔结构参数随烘烤温度和烘烤时间的变化,制作了气孔结构参数不同的浇注料试样。利用SPASS软件,采用逐步筛选(STEPWISE)的方法进行线性回归计算,并对KC方程进行修正,分析了气孔结构参数和透气度之间的定量关系。结果表明:刚玉质浇注料透气度(k)与显气孔率(η)的2.5次方成正比,而与平均孔径(D)的0.5次方成反比,与二者的乘积呈良好的线性关系。说明修正后的k=Bη^(2.5)D^(-0.5)可以较好地描述刚玉质低水泥浇注料显气孔率和平均孔径与透气度的定量关系。In order tostudythequantitativerelationshipbetween pore structure parameters andpermeability of corundum-based low cement castables,castable specimens with different pore structure parameters were preparedfrom starting materials of white corundum and calcium aluminate cement utilizing the rule that the pore structureof the castables changes as a function of the baking temperature and the baking time.Thequantitative relationship between pore structureparameters and permeability was analyzed by the SPASS software,adopting the stepwise screening method to calculeite linear regression and modifying by the KC equation.The results show that,the permeability(Zc)is in proportion to the 2.5 power of the po-rosity(k)andin inverse proportion to the 0.5 power of the average pore diameter(D),and in goodlinear relationship with the product of the two.Thus,after modifying,k=Sn25D_a5 can well describe the quantita-tive relationship of permeability as a function of porosity and average pore diameter of low cement castables.
