摘  要:为了解决蓄热室换热能力不足导致焦炭质量差的问题,对7.63 m焦炉蓄热室用炉衬进行了调查和更换;结合2015—2017年间9号、10号焦炉蓄热室格子砖的破损情况,对黏土格子砖、半硅质格子砖破损所涉及的技术问题进行了探讨。结果表明:焦炉蓄热室黏土格子砖出现软熔变形、格孔堵塞的原因与砖中Fe_2O_3、K_2O等杂质含量超标、细粉多等因素有关;用后黏土格子砖的主要相组成包括硅酸盐相、高SiO_2含量的玻璃相、莫来石相以及由镁铝钛铁或镁铝硅铁等氧化物组成的析晶相,析晶相中w(Fe_2O_3+TiO_2)可达到63.94%~87.23%,而K_2O在硅酸盐相中的固溶量可达16.55%(w),这些杂质的存在降低了砖的熔点,引起性能劣化。K_2O、Fe_2O_3的增加可能与粉尘引入有关,含铁氧化物参与的氧化还原反应导致的体积变化可能是引起格子砖发泡变形的主要原因。可见,提高砖的质量,改进工艺过程,减少粉尘带入,对于提高蓄热室格子砖的使用寿命具有重要意义。Theregenerator linings of 7.63 m coke ovens were studiedandreplacedin order to solve the problem of poor quality cokeresulted from thepoor thermal-exchangeability of thecokeovenregenerators.Combined with the damage conditions of coke oven regenereitors No.9 and No.10 in year 2015 to year 2017,the technical problems on damage of the clay checker bricks and the semi-silica checker investigated.The results show that the soft melt deformation and the blocked checker holes are caused by over-high contents of impurities as Fe2O3 and K2O and excessive fine powders in the bricks;the main phase composition of the used clay checker bricks is silicate,glass phase with high content of andcrystallization phases composedof oxides of magnesium,aluminum,titanium andiron or magnesium,aluminum silicon andiron;the crystallization phases have a(Fe2O3+TiO2)content of 63.9 4%-87.2 3%while the max content of K2O in the silicate is 16.55 mass%;the existence of these impurities the melt point of the bricks anddeteriorates the properties;the increase of K2O an d Fe 2O3 may with the dust introduction;the oxidation reduction reactions relatedwith iron oxides cause volume change which may be the main reason for the deformation of checker bricks;thus,it is of great significance for the service life increase of regenerator checker bricks of coke ovens to improve quality of the checker bricks,control the technology,and decrease the dust introduction.
