摘  要:为了进一步提高高炉出铁沟用Al_2O_3-SiC-C浇注料的性能和使用寿命,以一种高效增强剂SD-SEED替代部分水泥,拟通过其在铁沟料中形成一种稳定且均匀分布的增强晶体来提高材料的高温强度、抗热震性和抗侵蚀等综合性能。因此,以棕刚玉、白刚玉、碳化硅、CA-70水泥、硅灰、球状沥青、减水剂、金属Al粉等为原料,研究了分别添加0、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%(w)的SD-SEED时,Al_2O_3-SiC-C浇注料的显气孔率、体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、抗热震性和抗侵蚀性。结果表明:当SD-SEED的加入量达到0.8%(w)时,试样的抗热震性达到最好,而且其常温和高温强度也最高,抗侵蚀性能也同样最优。In order to further improve the performance and prolong the service life of Al_2O_3-SiC-C castables for blast furnace iron troughs,the high efficient intensifier SD-SEED was used to replace partial cement. It is intended to improve the high temperature strength,the thermal shock resistance,and the corrosion resistance of the material by forming stable and evenly distributed strengthening micropores in the iron trough materials. Effects of SD-SEED additions( 0,0. 4%,0. 6%,0. 8%,and 1. 0%,by mass) on the apparent porosity,bulk density,cold modulus of rupture,cold crushing strength,hot modulus of rupture,thermal shock resistance,and corrosion resistance of Al_2O_3-SiC-C castables were researched using brown corundum,white corundum,silicon carbide,CA-70 cement,silica fume,spherical asphalt,water reducer,and aluminum powder as starting materials. The results show that,when the SD-SEED addition reaches 0. 8%,the thermal shock resistance,the cold and hot strengths,and the corrosion resistance are also the best.
