健康体检者颈动脉粥样硬化与同型半胱氨酸、血脂、血糖水平相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨体检者颈动脉B超检查结果与血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TCH)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的相关性。方法:对我院体检中心健康体检的年龄在41~65岁体检人员173例的颈动脉B超及血清HCY、GLU、TG、TCH、LDL、HDL检测数据进行统计学分析。结果:颈动脉B超检测结果等级分组间的年龄、GLU、TCH、LDL均有统计学差异。相关性分析显示:颈动脉B超检测结果等级与年龄、GLU、LDL有显著统计学相关性(P<0.01),与TG、TCH有相关性(P<0.05);HCY与年龄有正相关性(P<0.05),与HDL有负相关性,与其他风险因子GLU、TG、TCH、LDL无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:GLU、TG、TCH、LDL、HCY均为动脉血管粥样硬化的危险因子。控制血液中GLU、TG、TCH、LDL及HCY水平,有利于预防心脑血管疾病的发生。Objective:To investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)and the serum biochemical markers to provide scientific basis for the early prevention and treatment of CAS by analyzing the testing results of the carotid artery B ultrasonography and serum homocysteine(HCY),triglyceride(TG),fasting blood glucose(GLU),total TCH esterol(TCH),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and high density lipoprotein(HDL).Methods:173 individual testing results of carotid artery B ultrasonography and serum markers of HCY,GLU,TG,TCH,LDL,HDL were sampled from the health examination center of Xi’an No.1 hospital.Subjects’age were controlled between 41 and 65.And a statistical analysis of the data collected was carried out accordingly.Results:A statistic difference exists between the mean of the age grouped on the carotid artery B-ultrasound results as well as the mean of GLU,TCH,LDL.Correlation analyses demonstrate:grade of carotid artery B-ultrasound results had significant correlation with Age,GLU,LDL(P<0.01);correlate with TG,TCH(P<0.05);had positive correlation with the level of HCY,and had statistical significance.Conclusion:GLU,TG,TCH,LDL,HCY are risk factors of atherosclerosis.Control the levels of GLU,TG,TCH,LDL,and HCY in the blood are beneficial to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
